MAKE SURE THE IMEI IS CORRECT, WE WILL NOT REFUND WRONG IMEI, NON SAMSUNG PHONES OR ALREADY UNLOCKED PHONES.

Supplier will not refund these unfortunately so please make sure its indeed a SAMSUNG Canada PHONE.

THIS IS REFUND REQUIREMENT in case code does not work

Customer should be warned beforehand that if they have tried a free tool or modified the phone from original factory settings that code may not work.

For Android video refunds:

1. Clear video showing about info: menu->settings->about phone (IMEI OF PHONE)
2. Network code being inputted
3. And Error on phone.

Please do not order if you do not agree. Unfortunately supplier does not refund us easily and have taken losses for prior videos.

ALSO. T669, T919 Unfreeze is not supported (unfreeze codes dont work). ALSO T959 IS no longer supported as this is a problematic device and 1/3 of them dont work
(we will not not refund so use discretion when ordering)

Possible reasons for codes not being accepted are the following:

        Have to use realease method 

        Phone has been rooted (Un root it and restore original firmware) 

        Software has been changed from original version (for e.g Rogers S3 has been upgraded with a bell S3 software... To fix this you have to download the original Rogers S3 firmware back on to the phone.. this is a tried and tested solution)

 


    Phone has been refurbished and the imei has been possibly changed (no solution for this and its a very rare problem)
